Floral lime and peach notes combined with tantalising citrus blossom and nectarine on the palate. This wine has a fresh crisp acidity balanced by harmonious natural sugar resulting in an off dry style.
Winemakers Notes
Fruit was picked at optimal ripeness then cool fermented in tank to retain the fruit’s delicate varietal characteristics and floral notes. The wine was then aged briefly on yeast lees to enhance palate texture and complexity. A gentle fining and filtration followed before bottling.
